Galeria de Gaby

Fine, I cheated and picked a third one — Alvaro Diaz at the Wiltern goes on the list with the other two, which means the salon has to let me out by seven or there will be problems. Three shows, one of me. Which one are you meeting me at?

The Echo wrecked me and sleep gave up on us both — now the fridge light is doing all the work and the only real decision left is 454 at Echoplex or kwn at the Novo tonight. Tell me which one you're dragging me to.

Dixson can keep Blue Note — Jorjiana at The Echo won the coin flip and now I'm speed-walking Sunset in heels I clearly didn't think through. Doors in twenty and I'm only halfway. Save me a spot against the wall?

First Monday of November and the weekend is collecting its debt — good thing the salon opens at noon. Dixson's at Blue Note tonight and I still have to turn myself into a person first. Come pull me out of these sheets?

Halloween is officially dead and so is that angel costume — the chains stayed on, everything else came off somewhere between the door and the coffee maker. KRS-One is at the Novo tonight and I've earned exactly zero recovery hours. Tell me you're keeping me company till doors.

Third costume of the week is due tonight and Ski Mask is playing ten blocks from my door, so breakfast is happening on the counter while I stare at my closet. I've got nothing planned and even less on. You're picking what I wear, aren't you?

Retired the devil costume, so Halloween night gets an angel instead — turns out my version comes with no halo and barely any fabric. Tell me you're keeping me out past midnight.

The Freakshow had me in the second room and this devil costume gave up the fight somewhere around midnight. Tell me you're finishing what the night started.

My afternoon client cancelled and now I'm standing here fully dressed for Dilated Peoples at the Belasco with hours still to kill. This mesh top made the decision for me, honestly. Which one of you is holding my spot in line?
